If you need to request an order cancellation, contact info@apexmartusa.com as soon as possible with your order number and checkout email.

Before fulfillment

If the order has not entered fulfillment and has not shipped, we will review whether cancellation is possible.

After fulfillment begins

Once an order is being processed, packed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If the order cannot be cancelled, you may need to follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery if the item is eligible.
