Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times We ship across the United States through our network of trusted suppliers and fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)
Shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and carrier. Some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate packages.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Shipping Delays Apex Mart USA is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@apexmartusa.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
